International Space Olympiad (ISO) is an international Online Quiz 0n Space Science & Technology for students of grades 5-12 to enhance their interest in the field of space science and astrophysics.

What is the Structure of International Space Olympiad ?

ISO have 3 levels of examination and is a purely online event, i.e candidates need not to come to a specific venue to attend the competition.

What is the eligibility and How to participate ?

A.

Any student of classes 5-12 of any syllabus can participate International Space Olympiad  by registering at the website. All the students registering for the  Level 1 Competitions of International Space Olympiad are eligible to attend the competition. The candidates have to qualify in each level to go to the next level and the winners of the final level (level 3) will be the winner of international Space Olympiad.and such winners from each category would get the rand prize, trip to NASA.

What are the different levels of the International Space Olympiad?

International Space Olympiad has three levels of Competition.

Level 1:ISO  Preliminary Rounds 

Level 2: Intermediate Level

Level 2: Finals Level :International Space Olympiad

The top performers getting shortlisted from each level goes to the next level. the winners of the Final Level gets the grand prize, the Tour to NASA.

How To Prepare for the competition?

A.

The participants are advised to gather as much as knowledge to perform at their best in International Space Olympiad. The questions will be based on  Space Science, Space Technology and History of space explorations.

A reference material has been released by Edu Mithra that will help in preparing for the competition and can be bought through the  website.
